Spring is almost here and here is 1 of our favorite places in the Tri Valley to spend the day.
Sycamore Grove Park is over 840 beautiful acres in Livermore California. The park is open 365 days a year. Great for hikers and even commercial photographers. The park has two entrances, one on Wetmore Road and the other on Arroyo Road. There is plenty of parking and restrooms in the park. Parking is about $7 a day. There’s over 2 1/2 miles of paved paths and many dirt paths that can be explored further into the park. If you would like to take photos in the park on a commercial level, a day permit is required and is $50.
The park opens at 7 AM and closes at sunset. Make sure you are always aware of the parks trail signs and make sure that your pets are on a leash within the park. You can even reserve your own picnic area for parties and celebrations in Sycamore Grove Park.
