Most interesting – 28 Castlewood Drive, Pleasanton – It was built in 1928 with a possible resident ghost. It went from over grown and dilapidated to beautiful and grand with updates by our resident contractor, Vista Construction. 

Most hustle – 1220 Bordeaux Street, Pleasanton – We represented the buyers (with their 6 children!), and our strategies and expertise beat out multiple offers even with the list agent representing one!
