For many agents the Fall and Winter months tend to slow down, that was not our case! With a total sales volume of $35,745,500, we sold a blizzard of homes this quarter! We are so proud of our team and our clients. We gotta say – there’s no better gift during the holiday season than making our clients’ home dreams come true.

In addition to selling homes, we had an extremely busy fourth quarter with team events. We had our annual Pie It Forward event where we passed out Thanksgiving pie to our clients and vendors at Rubino Estates Winery while they sipped on wine and ate charcuterie. It was an extremely successful evening and a wonderful way to show our appreciation to all the people we work with!

That lead right up to the Hometown Holiday Parade. We were all prepped with the float that Vista Construction Company, Inc. spent two days putting together. All our elves were waiting to wave in the parade, we had our outfits picked, candy ready, and were giddy with excitement. Then the rain came! We were so disappointed that the parade got cancelled. Now we are even more ready for next year! Here are a few pictures from the fun we had in 2018.

Last, we had our annual team holiday lunch where we get to all visit with one another, enjoy food, drink, and have fun! We went to Piatti in Danville and when there was a mix-up with our reservation, we end up sitting at high-top tables in the bar. Not our number one choice, but that’s what our team is all about – adapting and being positive. We had such a good time mingling and spending quality time with each other, our team is truly a family.
