Our Busy Third Quarter Was Just The Beginning!

The summer selling season is notoriously fast paced with high turnaround. While we had a strong summer, it continued throughout the fall as well. With a total sales volume of $24,917,275 we had one of our best quarters yet! We owe our success to our fantastic clients. With their trust and support, we were able to make a lot of dreams come true!

We encountered families that were growing and needing an upsize while also meeting retired, empty nesters who were ready for new adventures. All the homes were loved by their respective families, but it was time for them to start fresh with new families ready to put their love into them.

A couple of the families we helped were looking to relocate. One was moving to the East Coast and needed to sell their home, while the other wanted to move to Pleasanton to take advantage of our top schools. Relocation can be difficult because maybe they’re no longer in the home they’re selling, or they don’t know different neighborhoods they’ll prospectively live in. We try to make the smoothest transition possible for these families from beginning to end.

We also had some first-time buyers. We love answering all their questions and explaining the process every step of the way. We also work with an amazing team of lenders and escrow officers that are wonderful at helping first-time buyers.

Recently we were holding an open house at 3218 Novara Way in Ruby Hill. A couple came in and as we talked, we discovered that my daughter knew one of their sons. This couple ended up spending around an hour and a half with us talking about the house, their lives, their three kids. They did not come in with the intention to buy-they were just looking. They saw our marketing and thought the home with a master bedroom on the main floor might be interesting to take a look at.

Shortly after that open house, this family decided to hire us to list their home at 4563 Gatetree Circle- a beautiful, updated home close to Amador High School. They also asked us to represent them on the purchase of the Ruby Hill home.  Some days, this is how real estate happens-our marketing enticed the buyers to come into Novara Way, hosting an open house allowed us to meet the buyers and sell the listing.   In the end, with a different agent on our team representing each party, we were able to manage all aspects of both sales and bring both to a successful closing.  (And the home on Gatetree sold for a neighborhood high sales price!)
